By accessing and using the Plushyou website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
1. Services Overview
Plushyou provides custom handcrafted plushie creation services. Each product is made to order based on customer specifications. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
2. Custom Orders
Design Submission: You are responsible for providing clear design specifications and any reference materials. We will work to match your vision as closely as possible, but slight variations in handcrafted items are natural and expected.
Intellectual Property: By submitting designs or images, you confirm that you own the rights to these materials or have permission to use them. You grant Plushyou a license to use these materials solely for creating your custom plushie.
Copyrighted Characters: We do not create plushies of copyrighted characters or trademarked designs without proper authorization.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in US Dollars. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. Payment is required at the time of order.
We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. However, prices for orders already placed will not be affected.
4. Order Processing and Delivery
Processing Time: Custom orders typically take 5-8 business days to create, plus shipping time. During peak seasons, processing times may be longer.
Shipping: We currently ship only within the United States. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout.
Delays: While we strive to meet all delivery estimates, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
5. Returns and Refunds
Custom Nature: Because each plushie is custom made to order, we cannot accept returns based on change of mind.
Defects or Damage: If your plushie arrives with a manufacturing defect or shipping damage, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will provide a replacement at no charge.
Satisfaction Guarantee: If your plushie significantly differs from the agreed-upon design due to our error, contact us within 14 days. We'll work with you to make it right.
6. Product Care
Our plushies are made with natural materials and require gentle care. Specific care instructions will be included with your order. We are not responsible for damage resulting from improper care or normal wear and tear.
7. Website Use
You agree not to:
- Use our website for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with the proper functioning of the website
- Reproduce, duplicate, or copy any content without permission
- Transmit any viruses, malware, or harmful code
8. Limitation of Liability
Plushyou and its owners, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for your order.
9. Photography and Marketing
We may photograph completed plushies for marketing purposes. If you prefer your custom plushie not be photographed or shared, please let us know when placing your order.
10. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of [State/Jurisdiction].
