We can bring most designs to life! However, we cannot create copyrighted characters or trademarked designs without proper authorization. Original designs, children's drawings, pets, and unique characters are our specialty.

If you need to make changes, contact us as soon as possible. If we haven't started crafting your plushie yet, we can usually accommodate changes. Once production has begun, modifications may not be possible.

We exclusively use natural, sustainable materials including organic cotton, natural fibers, and plant-based fills. All our materials are sourced from certified suppliers and are safe for children and those with sensitive skin.

Yes! Our plushies are made with natural, hypoallergenic materials and are designed with safety in mind. However, we recommend adult supervision for children under 3 years old, as with any plush toy.

Yes, but we recommend spot cleaning with mild soap and water for best results. For deeper cleaning, hand wash in cool water and air dry. Detailed care instructions are included with every order.

Custom orders take 5-8 business days to handcraft, plus shipping time (5-7 business days for standard shipping, 2-3 days for express). You'll receive updates throughout the process!

Currently, we only ship within the United States. We're working on expanding our shipping options and hope to serve international customers soon!

Once your plushie ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order anytime on our Track Order page using your order number and email address.

We package everything carefully, but if your plushie arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos. We'll send you a replacement at no charge.

Pricing varies based on size, complexity, and customization level. You'll see the exact price as you configure your plushie on our product pages. We offer transparent pricing with no hidden fees.

Because each plushie is custom-made to order, we cannot accept returns based on change of mind. However, if there's a quality issue or the plushie significantly differs from your approved design, we'll make it right within 14 days of delivery.

We want you to love your plushie! If you're not satisfied due to a quality issue or our error, contact us within 14 days. We'll work with you to either create a replacement or provide a refund.
