Currently, we ship exclusively within the United States.
Each plushie is handcrafted to order in our US-based workshop and shipped directly to you. We're working on expanding our shipping options and hope to serve international customers soon!

Order Tracking
Once your plushie ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order anytime on our Track Order page.
We'll keep you updated every step of the way—from when your plushie starts being crafted to when it's out for delivery!
Returns & Exchanges

We want you to absolutely love your handcrafted plushie. If something isn't quite right, we're here to make it better.
Quality Issues
If your plushie arrives with a defect or damage, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll send you a replacement at no charge.
Not What You Expected?
We work hard to match your vision, but if your custom plushie doesn't meet your expectations, reach out within 14 days. We'll work with you to make it right.
Please note: Because each plushie is custom-made to order, we cannot accept returns for changes of mind. However, if there's a quality concern, we'll always make it right.
